Abdc Season 4 Episode 8 FINALE!!

okay so this week was the finale. Crazyness. Actually the episode was pretty boring. but… okay whatever.

So all the season 4 crews returned this week for the performance. Like last season, each one of the judges picked three crews that would compliment each other, and those crews would perform together.

So up first was Lil Mamma’s picks. She picked We Are Heroes, Vogue Evolution, and Artistry in Motion. Their performance was blah! Nothing really memorable about it and the song they picked didn’t really fit their style so it was lame.

Next up was JC’s picks. He picked Afroborike, Rhythm City, and Fr3sh. (I think). Their performance was better but it was still boring.

Last it was Shane’s picks and he picked Massive Monkeys, Beat Ya Feet Kings, and Southern Movement (I think again).  Their performance was the best but still pretty wack but hey Shane gave them a standing ovation.

After this We Are Heroes and Afroborike performed together to I got a feeling by Black Eyed Peas. Their performance again blah. The only thing I remember was the part where the girls from We Are Heroes jumped onto the guys from Afroborike’s chest and started tutting. but still pretty blah.

So after this they announced the winner. You ready? Americas….. Best….. Dance… Crew…. is……

WE ARE HEROES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so happy I almost cried (haha not really) but yes they one. First all female crew to win ABDC. And although this season was kinda wack, I’m happy they one. I know a lot of people are gonna be like, they just won because they are girls but clearly they are the best crew. So I am ecstatic about that. So now that my show is over I’m gonna start blogging about the Real World Challenge: The Ruins. Its starts Wednesday. whoooo.

Abdc Season 4 Episode 7

Okay so very exciting episode. Down to the final three crews. So for the last challenge, the crews had to dance to iconic dance styles in each decade. And one thing that really kind of pissed me off is that for the modern decade, there are so many artist that they could have picked and they pick Lady Gaga. I mean I don’t have anything against her or anything, but I mean come on is she really gonna represent this entire decade. Is she really the best??

So before we they go started, Mario Lopez had to announce which crew got the most votes and which two were gonna have to compete in the bottom two. So after last week I thought Massive Monkeys would for sure get most votes and We Are Heroes and Afroborike would have to battle it out and Afroborike would get sent home. However…. Afroboricke got the most votes o___O. So they moved on to the finals. Its crazy.

So after that it was Afroborike’s turn to start the challenge. So basically their performance really sucked. There was nothing exciting or memorable about it. I was literally on my chair waiting for them to do something cool but it never happened. Its kinda sad because to be in the top two is a huge deal and they really didn’t make me feel like they deserved it. So the judges didn’t like it but at least they were nice about it and told them they needed to step up.

After this it was the bottom two and Massive Monkeys went first. I thought they were okay. They pretty much just flipped around and around but it was way better than afroborike (even though I like Afroborike way more than this crew). So the judges didn’t like their performance and they went on and on about stuff that is not important.

And then it was We Are Heroes’ turn. Now, not because I have loved We Are Heroes since day one, but this crew deserves to win. They definitely did better than both of the other crews. The judges loved them and had nothing negative to say about their routine.

So after this the judges deliverated and they decided to send Massive Monkeys home. And even though I don’t think Afroborike deserves to be in the top two I’m glad that finally its gonna be something other than a B-Boy crew in the finals.

Now Before the show started the crews had prepared a final routine where they chose the music, choreography, and wardrobe. Afroborike was first and they danced to something called Roots. Their performance was okay. I liked the theme and everything but it wasn’t memorable or anything. It was just alright. The costumes were pretty cool though.

Next it was We Are Heroes and they danced to this really cool song which I cannot remember the title to. Their performance was amazing. Seriously best performance ver (sorry OrQUESTra). They had fire in the performance, they had this bad ass tutting section, the costumes were amazing and they were just amazing AND the judges gave them a standing ovation.

So now we have to vote, oh and they only had the voting open for one day which I’m mad about. I didn’t get to vote. I’m really scared that Afroborike is going to win. We Are Heroes is amazing and deserves to win. But Afroborike has been high on the votes all season and We Are Heroes has been in the bottom two three times. Oh well, we’ll have to wait until next week.

Abdc Season 4 Episode 6

Okay very quick update. So this episode was the VMA episode. The crews had to recreate famouse VMA performances of all time. So only four crews were left and so it was a bit exciting.

Up first was We Are Heroes. FINALLY!! I thought (for a second) that they would end up in the bottom two again. So they had to recreate Madonna’s Vogue. I thought they would dance to Like a virgin but whatever. I thought their performance was pretty boring and I love them. The only exciting part was the tuting section where they moved as one. Lil Mamma and Shane loved them Jay Z thought they were okay. and bleh.

Second up was Afroborike. Surprisingly because I thought last week they kinda sucked. They danced to I’m a slave 4 u by Brittany Spears. I loved their performance. They didn’t do a lot of tricks but their choreography was tight and after all it is a DANCE competition. The judges really loved them. Oh and I just found out that one of the girls doesn’t even know how to speak english. but its okay because she danced with a snake.

In the bottom two were Rhythm City and Massive Monkeys. I don’t like these crews that much, but I know they didn’t deserve to be in the bottom. Up first was massive monkeys and I thought they were okay. The only thing that I really liked was this cartwheel that this guy did on his head. Everyone else aparently loved them because they gave them a standing ovation. After that it was Rhythm City who was next and I loved their performance. They danced to Wall to Wall by Chris Brown. Shane said that they need to step it up and Jay-Z had a huge arguement with him because Mr. Chasez thought they were amazing. Here’s what I think. This is a DANCE competition. Shane always says he’s blown away when he sees something that has good “tricks”. Rhythm City had amazing choreography and if they didn’t decide to spin on their heads like Massive MOnkeys (aka super crew) then its okay because they are supposed to DANCE. But anyways the judges deliberated and Rhythm City got sent home.

Okay so now we are down to the final three crews. I really think We Are Heroes deserves to win but this is what I think is gonna happen

I think that next week Massive Monkeys are gonna get the most votes and We Are Heroes and Afroborike are gonna be in the bottom two. We Are Heroes is going to win and step forward into the finals. And hopefully from there, We Are Heroes is gonna win.

Abdc Season 4 Episode 5

Stupid! STUPID! challenge. The crews had to actually dance to stupid songs like the jerk and the stanky leg and to make it even worst, they had to add a trampoline section. It was incredibly stupid and after the awesome episode last week, I thought that the show would be interesting from now on.

So first up was Afroborike. Not surprised. They killed it last time. This time around they were okay. They had to dance to some song called swag surfing, which I have never heard of this song before. I understand why they didn’t do so well because I know hip hop is not their style, but still, they could have done better. OH and they were doing some XXX move where the girls literally had their face on the guys’ crotch. O__o wtf?

Second was Massive Monkeys who had to dance to some Ricky Bobbie Move song. I don’t know. I didn’t like their performance much but it’s not their fault. This was a stupid, stupid challenge (again).

Third was Rhythm City who I am getting pretty sick of. They had to do the Jerk. They had a good storyline but I thought it was extremely cliche. Nerd gets bullied by jock, nerd ends up with the girl. They did some cool moves but it wasn’t memorable.

In the bottom two were Vogue Evolution (not surprised) and We Are Heroes (what?). After last weeks performance, We Are Heroes should not have been in the bottom two. Anyways We Are Heroes was first and they danced to the Stanky Leg. And again this week one of the group members was injured and the doctor had said she couldn’t flip around, so I thought well hey maybe they’ll have her do like one flip or cartwheel. No this girl did like 4 flips. I really think this group is amazing and should definitely win. Their performance was amazing no doubt about it. Afterwards Vogue Evolution danced to the Hally Berry. I didnt know what this song was but it looked impossible to dance to. Their performance was actually really good. I think Vogue Evolution is a good crew over all. Oh and how funny is it that Neomi told Lil Mamma to kiss her ass :D. I thought Lil Mamma was gonna shoot her.

So afterwards the Judges deliverated and for a second I thought We Are Heroes would get sent home but of course not and Vogue Evolution was eliminated. I really do think Vogue Evolution is a great crew but I knew from the beginning they weren’t going to win.

So next week the crews will be dancing to famous songs in the VMA’s. I don’t know how that is going to go. Here’s my weeks prediction: (only three episodes left)

Abdc Season 4 Episode 4

Quick update. This weeks episode was really good. The crews had to incorporate Bollywood dance styles into their routines. I personally love Bollywood Dancing and I was excited to see this (after the incredibly disappointing episode last week).

Okay so up first was the Massive Monkeys. I really don’t like this crew but I thought their performance was amazing. In the beginning we had a guy walking with his head (crazy!!!) and we had some guy do some levitation illusions. I thought they were amazing but the judges didn’t have much to say about them.

Second up was Vogue Evolution (surprisingly). I actually really loved their performance. Their whole entrance was really “Bollywood” and miss Naomi walked on some guys back with heels on o__O. but I loved their performance. The judges didn’t really like it and apparently Naomi has not been very committed to the crew and so the judges were on her case for that.

Third up was Rhythm City who I’m kinda getting bored with. Their performance was really good however and they were very respectful of the Indian culture. I kind of feel like their performances aren’t that original (like the way they copied the over-under from Quest) but they did a good job.


Fourth up was Afroborike. I thought their performance was one of my favorites in the history of ABDC. It was amazing. The girls are so sexy and they really can dance. I loved the way they combined Hispanic sex appeal with the Bollywood style and they looked like they had been doing Bollywood for years. I give their performance a ten.

Bottom two were Beat Ya Feet Kings (about time) and We Are Heroes(what???). First of all why the hell is We Are Heroes in the bottom two. Everyone last week sucked except for them and you put them in the bottom two. Well these two crews faced of and We Are Heroes were amazing. Their movements were so quick and it really looked like they knew what they were doing. I loved it. BYFK was good too. I liked the trick they did with the hats. I thought that their routine was their best dance on this show but there was no way they were going to beat We Are Heroes and so they went home.

So I now there is only five crews left. Next week they are going to be dancing to popular dance styles (e.g. jerking, stanky leg). Here is my prediction

Abdc Season 4 Episode 3

so basically this episode was extremely boring. Basically every crew did not do a good job. Stupid, stupid episode.

This week was the Martial Arts Challenge. And that one guy from Quest Crew last season (the one that has training in martial arts) came by to give the crews there challenge. So the crews were supposed to take a different type of martial art and incorporate it into their routine.

So up first was Afroboricke. There challenge was of course Capoeira. There routine was really lame. I’m sort of getting sick of this crew. They do the same thing every week. Shane really told them off but I sorta agreed with him.

Second up was my favorite We Are Heroes who had to do karate. I thought their performance was pretty legit, but the judges didn’t like it. However this was one of the best performances of the night by far.

Next was Vogue Evolution and they had tai quando. As you may know Vogue Evolution isn’t very much into martial arts and so they sucked. The beginning of their performance was sorta interesting but they sucked.

Fourth up was Massive Monkeys and they had to incorporate extreme martial arts into their performance. Their performance sucked as well. They had to do this high flying kick and they only did it like once. I didn’t even notice. But yea Shane Sparks was really disappointed with them.

Fifth up was Beat Ya Feet Kings who had to do Ju Jitsu. I actually thought they did pretty well compared to the past two weeks. They had a funny little story line but the judges were on their period and said they did not like it.

So the bottom two crews were Southern Movement and (surprisingly) Rhythm City. I really did not think that Rhythm City’s performance last week was that bad. Shane Sparks even said “that was one of the most creative performance I’ve ever seen”. Okay so they performed. Rhythm city did an amazing job, they were really creative and the crowd loved them. Southern Movement had to dance with a stick (-L-) they were still good though. So the judges deliberated and they decided to sent Southern Movement go. It was sort of sad to see them go but I really didn’t like them so I didn’t care.

So six crews are left and next week they are going to do a challenge dealing with Bollywood. I hope all the crews don’t suck like they did this week. This was really a lousy episode. So here’s my week’s prediction

Abdc Season 4 Episode 2

So today was the Beyonce Challenge on Abdc. The crews each had a different song and they had to incorporate some of Beyonce’s moves into the performance. Today’s show was not really impressive considering there were 8 performances crammed into 1 hour.

First up was We Are Heroes and they danced to single ladies. They were the most impressive crew of the night I thought. They pooped and they did this locking thing at the end with their legs. Oh and of course pervert (i.e. Shane Sparks) had to of course comment on the part where two of the girls were on top of each other booty shaking.

Next wasRhythm City and they danced to sweet dreams. Now I really liked this crew last week, but this week their performance was lame. There was nothing memorable about it except for the big bed in the center of the stage.

After that was Massive Monkeys and I forgot what they danced to but they had to use holla-hoops. They did really good but whatever. :P. I just don’t want them to do good because I don’t want them to win.

Fourth up was BYFK who I thought for sure was gonna be in the bottom two again but they danced to crazy in love. Their performance sucked and I don’t know how the hell they got in the show.

Fifth up was Southern Movement and they danced to jumpin jumpin. There performance was okay. I really thought they’d be going home this week, but hey, at least they are better than stupid BYFK.

After that it was Vogue Evolution who danced to de ja vu. There performance was really high energy and the judges loved them. I thought their performance was pretty legit but I don’t think they are gonna win.

Bottom two crews were Artistry in Motion and Afroboricke. Artistry in motion danced to Diva. They did a good job considering they had to dance with a chain. Now last week I thought they sucked and the judges loved them, this week I thought they were tight and the judges said they sucked. But whatever. Afroboricke rocked it. Their performance was very sex and creative. I don’t think they could win Abdc, they look like they belong in So you think you can dance.

Anyways the judges deliberated and they sent Artistry in Motion home. The blonde girl in that crew was really sad but it was her time to go. Next week they are gonna be doing some Karate type stuff which I think is a horrible idea, but we’ll have to see.

Okay this is my new prediction for the show:

Abdc Season 4 Episode 1

So today was the first episode in Americas Best Dance Crew Season 4. Nine Crews competed but only 8 made it to the next episode.

So all the Judges are back and this show had the most diverse crews we have seen on the show.

So the episode was broken into three groups and each group. IN each group each of the three crews performed and the judges chose one of them who was the worst to compete in the final showdown. The others passed to the next week of the competition. At the end the three worst crews faced of in the final showdown.

Oh and what was up with Lil Mamma interrupting JC every time he gave his critique. She is so annoying.

First up was BYFK (beat ya feet kings). I forgot where they are from but they pretty much sucked. They were sloppy and they kept messing up.

Next was We Are Heroes from Los Angeles. They are an all-female popping crew. They did really good and had interesting costumes. Anyways Shane really liked them and so did I.

Last in round 1 was Afroboricke. They were this Latin, salsa dancing group from Vegas. And I gotta say the girls dance pretty sexy but I dont think they’re performance was interesting.

After the first round BYFK was picked as the loser and had to compete in the bottom 3 crews(shocker).

First in the second round was Massive Monkeys. They were pretty much the green version of Super/Quest Crew. They judges really liked them and I think they’ll go far but I don’t want them to win. Its just the same thing with all the winners.

Next was Artistry in Motion from North Hollywood. I thought they were the worst. Their choreography was lame and they were all over the place. They judges liked them (surprisingly). I really hope they get eliminated soon. They don’t belong on the show.

Last in round 2 was Southern Movement from Nashville. Their performance was okay but I don’t think their style of dancing is good enough to win the competition.

After this the Judges chose Southern Movement to go in the bottom 3. I was kinda shocked because I thought Artistry in Motion would definitely be leaving but whatever.

In the last round Rhythm City was first. They are from the bronx and they are pretty much my favorite crew. They have so many styles of dance and their performance was so sick.

Up next was Fr3sh from New Jersey. There performance was alright but they used their hairspray prop a little too much. Although I did like how they said they didnt want people to think of them as another asian dance crew.

And lastly was Vogue Evolution from New York…. i think? They brought the underground style of voguing and had the first transgendered contestant in the show. I thought there performance was very clean and memorable. I don’t think they are gonna win, but we’ll see how far they make it. I did think the judges were gonna hate on them but shockingly enough, they praised them.

So for round 3, Fr3sh joined Southern Movement and BYFK and let the other to crews advance to the next week.

IN the final showdown BYFK did really amazing. I thought they were going home but they really turned it up. Southern Movement was pretty good too, although I dont like them. Fr3sh was okay but wasnt nearly as good as the others and was therefore eliminated.

So next week the crews will be dancing to music by Beyonce Knowles which should go well for Vogue Evolution lol. Heres my prediction for the eliminations for the rest of the shows:
